I read everything. Reply time is usually a few days, longer if I'm in a heavy editing stretch. If you have notes on a shop I haven't covered, or a refund saga you want to compare with mine, that's worth sharing. Found an error? Corrections go in the queue.

Things I won't help with: shops pitching coverage directly, requests to revise a negative order finding, or guest posts that are really just links.
