How I Cover Shops

Every shop on this site is one I've ordered from. The entry into the archive is the order confirmation, not the product page. I pair the listing photo with what arrived, note the actual delivery window, and record what happened when something needed a correction or refund. High-index and progressive orders get extra attention, because that's where most shops fall down.

What I Cover

Online eyewear and contact lens shops: frames, prescription lenses, dailies, monthlies, prescription sunglasses. I don't cover LASIK or refractive surgery, eye drop medications, blue light filter apps, or optometrist locator content. That's medical territory and entirely outside my scope.

Affiliate Relationships

Some links here are affiliate links. Click one, order through it, I get a small cut at no extra cost to you. The commission doesn't shape which shops get covered here. If a frame arrived with the wrong PD or a refund dragged past a week, the review says so whether or not the link pays out.

Prescription Accuracy

Checking your prescription is your optometrist's job. I keep my most recent RX card handy when ordering and note when a shop's order form handles edge cases (high cylinder, progressive fitting, PD measurement) without requiring a phone call. That's the extent of what I can tell you about that.

Updates and Corrections

Shops change pricing and policies. If something here is out of date or wrong, the contact page is the right way to flag it.
