Look, I can only tell you what I've tried and what happened. I can't promise any of it will work the same for you. Different bodies, different preferences, different situations. Take what's useful, leave the rest, and don't feel bad about disagreeing with me.

How We Test Products

I won't pretend my testing is rigorous in any academic sense. What I do is simple: use the product daily for at least four weeks, keep notes, compare it honestly to whatever I was using before. If that's enough to help you decide, the review goes up. If not, it doesn't.
